Guidlines for Completing Visa Application

1. Two application forms per applicant – typed or clearly printed, both in original handwriting. All forms must be fully answered. Failure to do so may delay processing.
   
2. A passport valid for at least 6 months from date of departure.
   
3. Two passport size photos.
   
4. Copy of Green Card/Landed Immigrant Certificate/Student Visa (which ever is applicable).
   
5. Copy of return air ticket.
   
6. Copy of traveler cheques or letter from company indicating that they will take care of all expenses.
   
7. Money order of US$107.00 payable to the Embassy of Botswana.
   
8. Pre-paid return mail service, (with prepaid label stamped PAID) e.g. Fedex, DHL, EMS, etc.

10. Visas are not Required for the Following Countries.
11. Countries which require visa to enter Botswana.
