GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING VISA APPLICATION
1. An applicant must submit two application forms, typed or clearly printed, both in original handwriting. All forms must be fully completed. Failure to do so may delay processing.
2. A passport and certified copies of relevant pages valid for at least 6 months from date of departure, or certified copies of Passport in case the applicant may want to use Passport while the Embassy is still processing the visa.
3. Two recent passport-size photos.
4. Copy of Green Card/Landed Immigrant Certificate/Student Visa/ re-entry visa (whichever is applicable).
5. Copy of ticket itinerary.
6. Copy of traveler cheques or letter from company indicating that they will take care of all expenses and/or bank statement.
7. Money order, cashier’s checks or Company’s checks of US$107.00 payable to the Embassy of Botswana. Do not mail cash.
8. Pre-paid return mail service, (with pre-paid label stamped PAID) e.g. Fedex, DHL, EMS, etc.
9. Invitation Letter and copies of the host’s Residence and Work Permit / Exemption Certificate / Invitation letter and Copies of host’s National Identity Card / Copies of Safari hotel bookings/hotel confirmation bookings (whichever is applicable).

Yellow Fever Vaccination is not a requirement to enter Botswana
