7. Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if married)

8. Certified copy of Certificate of Theology (Pastoral qualifications)

9. Certified copy of Ordination Certificate

10. Registration Certificate of Church (Certified copy)

11. Certified Labour Exemption copy

12. Letter from Church
