7. Birth Certificate copies for children

8. Ordination Certificate (certified)

9. Letter from the church concerned

10. Certified copy of Registration Certificate of the church

11. Letter of support/sponsorship

12. Pastoral Education Certificate (certified) (Theology Certificate
